What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of products in new condition. You must email us to initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will refund you in full (less the initial shipping charge) once we receive the return.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items typically ship out 1-3 business days after orders are placed. We ship all of our orders with USPS.
Are you able to ship internationally?
We are happy to look into international shipping costs. Please email us with your mailing address and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.
Do canvases come kitted with fibers? Am I able to purchase fibers from you?
Our canvases do not come with fibers, but we can give you fiber choices and color recommendations to purchase from your local needlepoint shop. Please refer to our stockists page for a list of all of the shops that carry our canvases.
Can you recommend fiber colors for specific canvases?
Yes! You can download our recommended fibers for most canvases on the product's page (look underneath the product description for the link). If you're unable to find the recommendations for a specific canvas, please send us an email and we will be happy to help.
When will items be restocked?
Due to Covid 19, we are still behind on orders from our painting services. We hope that shipments will start to be more timely soon.
Can I pre-order a specific canvas if it's sold out?
At this time we do not accept pre-orders. If you would like to be notified as soon as a canvas is restocked, please sign up for stock notifications on the product's page.
